Description Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Executive Management / CEO We are seeking a proactive, self-directed Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel sales activities while offering key administrative support to leadership. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Team to execute targeted outreach strategies, discover prospect IT environments, and secure qualified First Time Appointments (FTAs). This position requires a balance of high-volume sales outreach, marketing collaboration, and administrative project management, offering significant autonomy and latitude in daily decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. High-Volume Outbound Prospecting & Sales (Core Function) Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (up to 200 calls per day) to target business prospects. Professionally navigate gatekeepers to establish contact and gather critical intel regarding prospects' current IT infrastructure and business needs. Manage a structured 3-call follow-up cadence post-mailer delivery to re-engage leads and secure First Time Appointments (FTAs) for sales leadership. 2. Marketing Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate closely with the CEO and Marketing Team to refine prospect lists, offer feedback on lead engagement, and support role-aligned marketing initiatives. Coordinate the deployment of targeted direct mailers based on initial discovery calls and prospect intelligence. 3. Administrative & Operational Support Provide flexible administrative assistance to executive management and cross-functional teams. Prioritize, organize, and execute multiple administrative and operational projects simultaneously. Exercise sound judgment and independent discretion in managing daily schedules and task completion. S Requirements Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or administrative support (experience in IT, MSP, or technology services is a strong plus). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong objection-handling abilities and confidence speaking with gatekeepers and decision-makers. Work Ethic & Autonomy: High degree of self-direction, resourcefulness, and a proactive work ethic. Ability to thrive with minimal supervision. Organization: Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of balancing multiple competing priorities (calls, administrative duties, marketing follow-ups). Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating sales databases, CRM systems, and standard office software.
