As an EDC Data Solution Specialist (Data Manager), you will work at the intersection of data, systems, and clinical research. You will translate clinical study requirements into practical EDC solutions — from understanding study protocols to building and testing electronic forms, configuring validation rules, and supporting clinical data throughout the study lifecycle. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and relevant experience working with data, software systems, or structured technical processes. Previous experience with EDC systems or clinical trials is an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive training on our EDC platform and study-specific processes.  What You’ll Do: A key part of your role will be learning to configure and manage study databases in our EDC system. You will work closely with the EDC team and customers, gradually taking ownership of study-specific configurations and data-related activities. • Review clinical study protocols and translate their requirements into electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and system configurations • Build, configure, test, and maintain clinical study databases in the EDC system • Configure forms, edit checks, validation rules, workflows, and study-specific functionality • Test configured solutions and verify that data is collected and processed according to study requirements • Create and maintain database specifications, validation guidelines, and other study documentation • Investigate data discrepancies and support query generation and resolution • Import, verify, and reconcile laboratory, safety, and other external study data • Prepare study datasets and support data exports, database lock/unlock, and archiving • Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve system- and data-related questions • Contribute to EDC procedures, guidelines, templates, and documentation • Support EDC users and develop your expertise in clinical data flows and EDC processes Who You Are: We are open to candidates from different backgrounds.  • You have a university degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field • You have relevant professional experience working with data, software systems, system implementation/configuration, business or system analysis, or other structured technical processes • You are comfortable working with data structures, validation logic, data quality, and data flows • You can analyze requirements and translate them into clear and structured solutions • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills • You are detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies, errors, and gaps • You are comfortable learning new technical systems and understanding how their components and processes work • You can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers • You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken Nice to Have: Any of the following will help you get up to speed faster: • Experience with EDC or other clinical/medical software systems • Experience in clinical trials or clinical data management • Previous experience with system configuration, form builders, workflows, validation rules, or similar tools • Experience with eCRFs or IRT • Knowledge of MedDRA or WHO Drug • Understanding of clinical trial data flows, data validation, reconciliation, or database lock processes Job conditions:  • Flexible work schedule  • Fully remote  • Annual leave (depends on contract type)  • Sick days fully paid by the company (depends on contract type)  • Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills  • Awesome team of highly qualified professionals  • Open door policy; low bureaucracy level   How we work:  • We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours.
