Shown as posted, in English💼 Senior SEO Specialist 🌍 LatAm, Philippines 🏠 Remote About Our Client Our client is a mission-driven, in-home ABA therapy company serving families of children with autism, built to solve two problems that define autism care in the U.S.: families wait months for care their children needed yesterday, and BCBAs burn out in systems that treat them as interchangeable headcount. By removing waitlists, bringing therapy directly into the home, and empowering BCBAs with real clinical autonomy, they're positioning themselves as a structurally different alternative to the large corporate ABA chains that dominate the market. About the Role We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own how families discover the company across Google, local search, directories, and emerging AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. You'll own the strategy, build the system, and measure whether it's producing qualified families. This is an execution-heavy role. You're not handing work to an agency or a team, you're building the organic growth engine yourself, from technical SEO and local presence through content strategy and AI search visibility. Responsibilities • Build and optimize city, state, service-area, and insurance landing pages, and develop a repeatable local SEO playbook as the company expands into new markets • Own Google Business Profiles, healthcare and autism directories, citations, reviews, and local search visibility, tracking rankings and organic leads by market • Own technical SEO across crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, redirects, sitemaps, and page performance, working directly with engineering to fix blockers • Build content strategy around how parents actually search, including ABA therapy, insurance, diagnosis, and provider selection, ensuring content is clinically reviewed where appropriate and aligned with E-E-A-T principles • Own visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI search, Perplexity, and Gemini, structuring content so search engines and LLMs can easily understand and cite it • Identify the external sites and publications AI systems rely on for autism and ABA-related questions, and build presence there • Earn relevant backlinks, directory placements, and expert mentions through link building and digital PR • Build and maintain a growth dashboard across Search Console, GA4, SEO tools, and AI search measurement, and regularly report to leadership on what's working and where to invest next What We're Looking For • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and business results, ideally for healthcare, multi-location services, or local-services businesses • Strong technical SEO skills, including crawlability, indexation, schema, and site architecture • Deep local SEO experience, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and multi-market expansion • Experience building topic authority and content strategy in a regulated or trust-sensitive vertical • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs • Hands-on experience with AI search optimization (AEO and GEO), including structuring content for LLM citation and tracking AI search visibility • Experience with link building and digital PR • Conversion-oriented mindset, focused on qualified leads and business outcomes rather than traffic for its own sake Nice to Have • Background in healthcare, behavioral health, pediatric services, or another regulated local-services vertical • Experience optimizing for E-E-A-T in health content contexts • Familiarity with structured data and schema for healthcare entities • Experience building SEO systems and playbooks that scale across multiple markets or locations Work Schedule • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive • This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work • Availability during US business hours Compensation & Time Off • Compensation paid in USD • Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th • Paid Time Off according to company policy • Holidays observed according to company guidelines Application Requirements Please submit: • An updated resume • A portfolio link or case studies showing organic growth results you've owned, including traffic growth, local search wins, or AI search visibility improvements with measurable business outcomes • A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, describing your SEO and AI search experience, and walking through one organic growth initiative you owned end to end and the results it produced Only candidates who submit both examples and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
