We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Commissions Specialist to join our team. This role will support the processing of leases and sales, create detailed commission breakdowns, and collaborate with brokers and escrow teams to ensure timely payouts Key Responsibilities 1. Leases and Sales Processing: • Assist in processing leases and sales data, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded. • Ensure accurate data entry into the system and handle documentation required for lease and sales processing. 2. Commission Breakdown and Submission: • Create detailed commission breakdowns using the designated system for sales transactions. • Ensure commission breakdowns are accurate, timely, and submitted to brokers and escrow for payout processing. • Work closely with brokers and escrow teams to confirm the accuracy of commission calculations and resolve discrepancies when necessary. 3. Data Management: • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets. • Pull reports from various sources, enter data into software systems, and ensure accuracy. • Perform regular data entry tasks and ensure consistency and reliability of data. 4. Email and Communication Management: • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails on behalf of the team or department. • Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. • Draft and send professional emails as needed to clients, team members, and other stakeholders. 5. CRM Management: • Update and maintain CRM system with client information, interactions, and progress. • Ensure CRM data is up to date and accurate for easy reference by the team. • Assist with reports and tracking related to CRM usage and performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Some experience in accounting, finance, or commissions-related roles preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. • Basic understanding of payroll, receivables, and financial reporting Benefits • Above market salary • HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents • Government-mandated benefits • Performance-based Incentives • Quarterly Company Events • 1,000 PHP De Minimis • Equipment and software provided Originally posted on Himalayas
