WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE - Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential partners in your region. - Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that create revenue for both Coder and our partners. - Build and manage relationships with partner leadership across sales, marketing, professional services, and other key functions. - Lead executive QBRs, joint marketing programs, technical enablement, and other activities that deepen partner engagement. - Coordinate with Coder’s partner sales managers on field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns. - Find new ways for partners and Coder to create value together. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You bring at least 10 years of experience across business development, partnerships, sales, or a combination of these areas. You’ve built partner relationships before, know how to navigate complex sales cycles, and can turn strategy into measurable results. - A quantifiable track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals and generating new business through partnerships. - Experience navigating complex sales processes, building consensus, and developing relationships across multiple levels of an organization. - Experience building and growing successful relationships with system integrators and value-added resellers. - The ability to move quickly and operate effectively in a startup environment. - A player-coach mindset: open to feedback, able to coach others, and comfortable working directly on the problem. - A willingness to step outside a narrow job scope when the business needs it. - Curiosity about technology and a habit of continuous learning. - Strong initiative and a clear sense of ownership for outcomes. - A consistent focus on finding practical ways to add value for Coder, our partners, and our customers. - Ability to travel up to 30% EXPLICIT EXPERIENCE: - Experience working within an organization in Coder’s space: developer tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software. - A successful track record working with growth-stage startups. BONUS TACOS IF YOU HAVE - (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!) - Experience at a Developer Tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software provider - A successful track record with growth-stage startups ABOUT CODER Coder is the leading platform for AI development Infrastructure, enabling enterprises to securely run human and AI-driven development workflows in consistent, governed environments. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly. OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically: - Ashby helps us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first. - Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you. All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models. In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
