ABOUT YOU You're a hands-on mobile engineer with 4+ years of experience, primarily in React Native across iOS and Android, who's ready to step into (or continue in) a tech lead role. You've shipped commercial apps end-to-end, and you care as much about clean architecture and solid CI/CD practices as you do about mentoring the people around you. You communicate clearly across distributed, cross-functional teams and know how to align technical decisions with business goals. Responsibilities: Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard. Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch. Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals. Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem. Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications. Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of experience in mobile with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms. Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile s from concept to launch. Experience leading and mentoring development teams. Proficiency in mobile frameworks and programming languages - React Native primarily. Strong understanding mobile architecture platforms. Experience with third-party integrations and APIs. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
